Feel Great Friday!!
Here is you challenge for the week coming up. I hope to hear how some of you do with this, and some of you are already pros. Get up first thing and get ready, sometimes when you don't have to go anywhere this can be a challenge. But it always helps me to feel better about myself if I get up, get showered, get my hair done, make-up on (if you wear it), and get dressed all the way to your shoes as if you might go somewhere. This is an especially big challenge for those of you who either don't work, have kids, and or on the weekends for those who do. But try it just for a week and see what a difference it makes in your day.
